Refund and Returns Policy

At Wood Panda Resort, we follow a transparent refund policy:

1. Cancellation & Refund

  • Guests must cancel their booking at least 2 days (48 hours) before the check-in date
  • Eligible refunds will be processed based on the cancellation timing

2. Late Cancellation

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may not be eligible for a refund

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method

4. No Show Policy

  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows
